3D Design and engineering.

One of the activities of our company is the provision of design and engineering services. We provide technical support for the process of creating products and structures on terms accessible to customers. In our design department we develop, including non-standard products, and manufacture them in modern production conditions. Many years of experience of our technical staff allow us to ensure a clear formulation of technical specifications, correctly analyze the proposed technological solutions and correctly select the optimal option for the implementation of each individual project. The required results with minimal expenditure of time and material resources are achieved through close interaction between the design department and production technical personnel. Also, a significant

reduction in costs for the production of products is achieved through the use of automated metal-cutting equipment and CNC machines. The use of modern automated design systems (Autocad, CATIA v5, Siemens NX, Compass-3D, etc.) can significantly reduce time frames and significantly improve the quality of the design process. This comprehensive approach to project implementation allows the company to set reasonable prices for design and engineering services.

The main areas of work performed by our company in the field of design and engineering are:

Creation of 3D CAD models of parts and assemblies in CAD systems such as CATIA v5, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, etc.;
Development of design documentation based on a 3D CAD model, finished sample, technical specifications, photograph or sketch;
Selection and assembly of products and equipment with fasteners, fittings, seals, etc.;
Development of technological processes for the manufacture of parts, structures, fixtures or equipment both for single production and for large series;

Approval of technical specifications

In the process of approving the task, as source materials you send us technical requirements, sketches, photographs of the object from different angles indicating overall dimensions if the model is created based on an existing product, samples of parts and products themselves, if available, or analogues. We set the end goal, time frame and product requirements.

Create a 3D CAD model

At this stage, we create a 3D model according to the technical specifications. If necessary, we make changes and adjustments to the product model in agreement with you. We are sending you a model in neutral 3D formats for your review; 3D models in these formats can be viewed on any computer.

Submitting the final result

After making the necessary changes, we update the model to a neutral format and send the files to you as a completed order via email. All products are designed by us with the possibility of subsequent production.

To accurately estimate the cost and lead time of an order, the following information is required, if possible:

Sketches, drawings, photographs with dimensions - this information will help to accurately assess the complexity of the design and methods for its subsequent manufacture;
If this is a separate part, then data is needed on the mating parts of the structure;
Purpose of developing a design or 3D model: serial production or a single copy, prototyping or other purposes;
What method will the part be manufactured based on the 3D CAD model: printing on a 3D printer, milling on a CNC machine, turning on a CNC machine, preparation for casting, etc.;
Order fulfillment time;
List of requirements for a product or 3D model - whether it is necessary to make changes to the geometry of the part, what materials the final product will be made from.
