Cutting large workpieces on a band saw.

Our organization carries out work on cutting large-sized metal workpieces with band saws, according to the specified dimensions of the customer. We have automatic band saws that allow us to cut metal into the required size, length and shape of workpieces made from steel of all types, as well as from heat-resistant alloys and non-ferrous metals. The design features of band saw machines require the production of parts up to 500 mm. in length, and with a diameter of up to 330 mm. The use of a band saw is one of the most effective and fastest ways to cut large workpieces for milling and turning. Cutting on a band saw allows you to quickly cut rolled sections, profile pipes, steel rods with different sections (square, circle, triangle and others).
