We develop efficient NC programs (G-code) for the manufacture of parts of any complexity—from rotating bodies to solid parts with multi-axis machining. What equipment do we work with:
  • CNC lathes: two-coordinate machining of bodies of revolution, turning grooves, cutting threads (metric, pipe, trapezoidal).
  • Turn-mill machining centers: machining with driven tools, milling of chamfers, grooves and holes outside the axis of rotation, contour milling of complex surfaces and non-linear milling with the C-axis, drilling and threading in radial and axial directions, synchronization of turning and milling operations.
  • CNC Milling Machines (3-, 4-Axis): 2.5D and 3D milling, 4th-axis milling, high-speed machining (HSM), multi-axis contouring, complex surface machining, deep drilling and boring.

  • Writing NC programs from scratch based on drawings, sketches or 3D models (STEP, IGES, etc.).

Stages of work execution:
  • Obtaining and analyzing initial data – drawing, 3D model, sample part, process flow chart.
  • Designing machining paths in a CAM system: selection of strategies, tools, and fixtures.
  • Calculation of the control program and generation of G-code using a proven postprocessor.
  • Verification and simulation of processing with control of dimensions, residual material and possible collisions.
  • Transfer of the finished program, setup card with a list of tools.
  • Technical support – prompt code refinement after a test run on the machine.
